Israel recognizes the sovereignty and rights of Lebanon and Syria, without question. They on the other hand refuse to acknowledge Israel's existence, repeatedly beat the war drums to call for the destruction of the "Zionist Entity" and build education programs that teach that Jews descend from apes and pigs (Morsi didn't invent this, he's just a pupil of fundamentalism). These facts alone warrants any military precaution necessary to protect innocent civilians. The fact that the majority of the people commenting care more about military protocol than the deaths of civilians in Israel, Syria, and Lebanon is rather disgusting.
