'Forget about right-left, Orthodox-secular, capitalism-socialism. Fairness should belong to everyone,' protesters say in weekly demonstration.22:22 28.11.15 | 0 comments
Palistine is checkmating itself. Under the UN Universal Declaration on Human Rights, they cannot expel anyone over whom they assert 'jurisdiction'. They can only get rid of Jewish settlers by agreement with Israel (such as the Rafah Agreement in Gaza). The Universal declaration applies to people who arrived illegally. This was proven when Baltic nations tried to deny ethnic Russians language rights since the USSR transferred citizens to Lithuania during the Soviet occupation. The moment Palestine declares itself a State, the settlements and their people are protected by the UN universal declaration on Human Rights. Palestine can offer the settlers citizenship or can trade settlement blocs with Israel to minimize this armed and hostile minority. Or, as the Palestinians assert, International Law never protect Israelis or Jews, since they are (by definition) wrong.
