    45 years ago there was no settlement in the WB, then a caravan on a hill became a village then a town. Why do you think Israel does not do anything to dismantle the outposts ? because an outpost today becomes a town tomorrow and suddenly this is not 'negociable' ! this is called crookery and theft my friend. Pure and simple.
