China and Russia should also not have a vetoright in the UNSC, f.i. to veto a condemnation of Syria. And, the Netherlands could become 2 more votes by splitting up into The kingdom, the Saxonion eastern republic, and together with part of Belgium, Brabant. Every European country ( Spain, Basques, Catalonions) should do this in order to get more votes to counterbalance the heavy Arab /islamic bloc. China could be split into 50 states... Once 'Palestine' has ful member status, they wil still maintain the PLO as another Palestinian vote. And, may be, Hamasia will also get a vote, and Hesbolliah , and 3 Kurdish countries, 2 Albanian, but only 1 Serbian ? ! Because as you write 'they are all equal' , equally in BNP, science , production, inventing ? In Germany, political parties must overcome the treshold of 5 % , to win any influence at all ... Maybe , Palestine should become a member ot the EU, get the Euro and later on, it will be saved by the EU taxpayer by a special fund, not the UNRWA, but EURWA...
