Syria would sign a peace agreement with Israel upon recovering the Golan Heights and Lebanon will follow suit. But the main obstacle to peace with the Palestinians are the core issues on which neither side will relent and the 40 Arab state are not going to pull Israel's chestnuts out of the fire. The Arab states will endorse any peace agreement suitable to the Palestinians and nothing less. When all is said and done, most if not all the cards are in Israel's hands.
