The situation you describe is very similar all over Europe. For your second paragraph, you are wrong. Israel will give up the land for a real peace. They did it with Egypt, even for a cold peace, and they offered it several times to the palestinans. They refused because of the one condition that would mean Israel's destruction. You should go back to the history of the region and note that the situation and rethoric was the same before the 'occupation". By the way the article doesn't mention a boycott, just the withdrawal of norvegian soldiers (monitors) from Hebron. They answer to the norvegian government which is very one sided in regard to this conflict.
