Ah yes, but in Spain Basque people have the right to vote for Basque parties. They are also allowed to roaming freely where ever they want within Spain. What is more Spain is not expanding further into Tangiers, and inviting its South American ex-pats to come home to the promised land. Most of all Spanish do not claim to have been promised their land from God 3,000 years nor do they use that said promise as a justification for gross violations of human rights. What is more, and most significant is that Spain is not feeding ETA the young disenfranchised martyrs to go marching into the very fabric of the entire Western world and burn it down because of a feeling of solidarity with its oppressed people in a different part of the world. Spain is not waging a jihad, Israel like Al Qaeda and the Taliban are.
