I live in Neve Sha'anan and throughout here and Shapira, the sewers are backed up onto the streets, with raw urine and feces flowing down the streets. The stink fills the air, meanwhile the city hall does nothing. Nothing because they care neither about the Israeli residents of the area nor the refugees they want to associate with this sewage for their own political gains. It's funny that government officials claim refugees bring diseases, meanwhile, the city is creating a disease petri-dish by not fulfilling basic infrastructure rights. Look deeper into what is really going on here.
