    Nefesh b'Nefesh replaced the moribund, useless, bureaucracy. Sochnut with a smart, smooth, responsive organization. I speak fro experience, mine and that of my son who made aliyah before me. And there is nothing wrong with NBN having decent offices in low-rent Givat Shaul. they provide excellent services and excellent programs that make adjusting of life here vastly smoother,. And if their PR guy in Miami lives comfortably, one should bear in mind that a 5 bedroom house in Florina costs less than a two room flat in Jerusalem.
