Shalit people: get over yourselves. Gilad Shalit's imprisonment is a tragedy. But in the bigger picture: he was a soldier, sent into a situation in which prisoners of war are traditionally captured—and aren't we holding hundreds of POWs, ourselves? The siege collectively punishes thousands. Don't get me wrong; maybe it's worth keeping in place. But of all the reasons to keep it, the fate of one man—however tragic—is the weakest reason.
