And that on the Israeli (status of Jerusalem, dismantling of WB settlements) as well as on the Palestinian side (right of return). You can postpone it, but there is no way you can avoid it. The only difference is, that the Palestinians are already a bit further, they already had their "little civil war" a few years ago, while the Israeli people most probably still will have to go through that experience (let's hope, they will find another way to work out their internal differences...). But if the Obama administration continues its current course, and the WB Palestinians are serious about declaring independence by next year, that day of Israeli reckoning will already come in 2011. The Israeli people would be well advised to prepare in advance for that difficult time ahead....
