It is time for Israel to learn that no one can get something for nothing. Even if that something remains unspoken, in politics that something is never a gift freely given, but a favor granted with expectations of repayment at appropriate time. While Israel depends on U.S. assistance it can never form it's political agenda without comforming to the demands and interests of it's chief benefactor. And if those interests diverge in some way, the U.S. will expect of Israel to follow theirs in favor of it's own. It is basic human nature to demand something in return for services rendered, and Israel right now is not providing. Learn to live with it, or stop being dependant on others. Despite all the talk of Israeli might and control of it's ally, it is Israel who needs U.S. far more, than vice versa, and people in Washinghton know this well, taking full advantage of the fact.
