It doesn't matter though. For Israel, making peace is all about talk and not about action. As long as it remains talk until Obama is gone, there will be no harm done. Currently, we are a long way from action. Bibi is likely to tell his cabinet something along these same lines. As for the "action" of a settlement freeze, it is only a temporary setback for which Israel will demand a nice reward.
