Don't overbuy - especially on the sweets Plan out a menu for the week - based on how many people you expect to feed. Realize that for some of the products, you can use them beyond Pesach. OK, no one wants to even look at Matzah for a while after the eighth day, but that package of KfP Jello? Still good to use. Same thing for KfP yogurt & cheese.
