Interesting lead story on 60 Minutes last night after the Pittsburgh/Denver game. It was a story on Alberta Canada, and its shale oil fields. In it, it was discussed how they expect $100 Billion in investment in the oil fields during the next decade. Output is expected to climb to over 3 million barrels a day during this time period (currently it was noted daily production was something around 1 million and change, don't remember the exact figure). Population boom is also expected there.
