TO all the eager commentators out there: 1) These settlers are being kicked off land that is not definititely private. The case is still in court and has not yet been decided. 2)There are thousands of families in Israel that are living on land not theirs - the vast majority of these families are Arab / Bedouin. If you want a an equal state - we should see bulldozers pulling through large arab villages. 3) Even if it were private land - Eminent Domain allows just compensation for transferring land that was built on by a third party. Here, the State decided not to use it but could and should have.
