1. I think it is a bit over the top to call the US the "principle financial supporter" of the UN, it provides some 22% of the budget. For example the EU provides far more than that. 2. If US republicans would be so desperate to cut spending on foreign aid they could always cut the aid to Israel, which is bigger than what the US gives to the UN. 3. The lack of a resolution to the refugee crisis is to a large extent due to Israel's determination to hang on to the occupied territories and populate them with proper Jewish people instead of allowing the ousted refugees to return there. 4. I feel I should not have to point this out but I guess it does not hurt to state the obvious: contrary to your conspiracy theory these refugees did not plot against Israel to make Israel deprive them of their homes in order to create an inconvenient situation for Israel several generations later (really, they didn't...). 5. The refugees are not a "threat to Israel's existence". Even if we accept the (extremely racist) notion that the influx of people of another religion than the majority in a society is a threat to its existence, we can be sure of this. That is because it is common knowledge that the eventual solution to the Israeli occupation will, at most, include a token return of a small number of refugees. The PA will compromise on their right to return and the refugees will become citizens of Palestine. This solution has been known for decades, it is dishonest of you to give the impression that the right of return will be utilized to make all the refugees Israeli citizens. This is not practically possible.
