    Upper-middle class, meaning households with net monthly incomes of between NIS 10,000 and NIS 15,000. Is this a serious? The measure needs to be what one can afford in Israel with this salary...not so? Rent Electricity Water Taxes Insurance Car Maintenance Medical Insurance Dental Petrol Food Clothing Entertainment Saving for a annual Holiday Education Never mind extra's like maintaining Health doing a hobby or going to a gym. Having money to buy books to read or tools for a hobby. What needs to be taken into account is what the actual expenditure is today to live in dignity and not as slaves serving a system! The governments have taken the "man" out of being human! It is irrelevant to them what the needs of people are. The greed has gone to their heads.
