I'm not saying that Iran is not exploring the nuclear weapons path, but these pictures are very poor proof for anything. There will always some "earth work" go on at military base, houses are razed, others are erected. It's pretty normal for an army base. Im sure on Israeli bases, one can observe similar activities. aerial footage is always notoriously prone to misinterpretations. Thats why in intelligence circles it's never enough just to have aerial footage of something. For good reasons, decision-making material has to be backed up with proper evidence, otherwise the outcome well could be another "colin powell" presentation in the UN SC, which btw was also largely based on aerial footage and hearsay.
