If you are ,indeed, a Charedi Jew why aren't you studying Torah, instead of wandering around the internet ( which is forbidden), displaying your abysmal ignorance. As far as the "humane" treatment accorded Jews by the Moslems. How do you explain the following:1) in the 12th century hundreds of thousands of Jews were killed by the Almohads in Spain and North Africa when they refused to convert to Islam. This was the reason for the famous "Igerret Shmad" of the Rambam. He sent a similar letter to the Jews of Yemen, who were also subject to terrible persecution at that time. Many historians feel that if it werent for this holocoust of Eastern Jews they would now outnumber the Ashkenazik Jews. The Rambam speaks of "our degradation and humiliation at the hands of the Arabs..We were dishonored by them beyond human endurance" This is the same Rambam that said you could pray with them. 2) In the 12th century Pope Innocent rejected the blood libel against the Jews and in the 19th century 2 other Popes did the same. Yet today Almanar of Hizballa, Iranian TV. Egyptian TV and Saudi newspapers continue to spew this vile lie about the Jewish People. 3)In the Crusades, that you speak about, the official church defended the Jews from the crusaders, in many cases. Read in Graetz or even in the history by Harav Zeev Yavetz (a posek and Talmid Chacham) how Cardinal Richard endangered his life to defend the Jews who had fled to his home. Do you read English or Hebrew??? 4)As far as the "millions" killed in the inquisition, this figure is inflated and wrong. Scholars estimate that 40,000 were killed in the inquisition including Jews and none- Jews. There is much more but no more room

Assad used chemical arms against ISIS in Damascus

After Assad crossed Obama's 'red line' by using chemical arms, a deal was reached to see all such weapons removed from the war-torn country. Last week however, the regime used a chemical agent - most likely sarin - against ISIS.

Why the Jewish establishment won’t condemn the occupation

Unless more U.S. Jews who oppose the occupation become members of established Jewish organizations and donate money, the establishment is unlikely to heed calls of those who want it to condemn the occupation.
