A blind zionist Australian journalist just spent three weeks in the West Bank and while he was upset that the "barriers" made his travel difficult he ended his three weeks with the startling and predictable conclusion that poor little Israel has no partner in peace. I feel sure Gideon that you have heard that silly sentiment echoed many times by the blind. ON the other hand a Brisbane Bishop and a visiting band of Australian clerics and Oxfam people called Bethlehem and the barriers a monstrous and inhumane disgrace. Why on earth are the IDF allowed to behave in this manner? What the hell is wrong with the Israeli people that they allow these murders without a murmur other than to blame the victims? Is it because the whole population becomes the IDF and they all have done the same things? Shameful and ugly.
