Yes, the reformed are a small minority. The vast majority of those self attributed to the reformed are secular (since they, like the reformed, ignore Kashrut, Shabbat, etc.) In Israel, where "secular" is a choice, the reformed virtually do not exist - and those that exist are vastly imports.
