Please excuse this rather late entry into this now old issue, but I have a serious question that I don't have the answer to and hope some talk-baker might be able to enlighten me. 1. During the Iran-Iraq war at least 5000 Kurds were killed with Chemical Weapons with the clear understanding that Suddam Hussein was the culprit. So there is no arguing that Iraq had and used WMDs, even though this was against an insurgent group of their own country/ 2. The USA blames Iraq of having WMDs as a major reason to enter Iraq. 3. The USA doesn't find WMDs. 4. Many blame the USA for making up the WMD issue as it seems that Iraq didn't have them. So who killed the Kurds?
