    You have said it. YHWH said it in Leviticus 18: 22 "Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is abomination." (KJV) According to Leviticus 20:13, "If a man also lie with mankind, as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." (KJV) I am sure that an astute scholar such as yourself will be able to find the same in the Torah. Better than enforcing the law is to obey the law's prohibitions. If that is too hard for you, seek prayer and councilling--but do not give in to that temptation. All sins are mortal with regard to our relationship to YHWH--but homosexuality is more than just a sin, it is an abomination. That is something that is not mentioned again except in relation to the desecration of the Temple which , of course, is most special to YHWH. My guess is that if there is a special place in hell, it is reserved for those whose unrepented sin is the desecration of the Temple and/or the practice of homosexuality.
