I am sorry I misread your comment "Israel has no responsibility whatsoever for their deaths". I read this to mean that the firing of an Israeli shell from an Israeli gun by an Israeli soldier, ordered by an Israeli general told to do so by an Israeli politician, has nothing to do with Israel. My mistake I thought you were trying absolve Israel of any blame for the young girls death. If Israel was targetting the designer, builder, deliverer or the Palestinian politician who had ordered the firing of the Kassam, then it could be seen as a targetted response to terror. Merely firing in the general direction from where the Kassam came from is not targetting those responsible. It is merely achieving with better technology to the people of Gaza what the Palestinian terrorists are trying to achieve against Israel.
