"so we are learly more civilized than at least one people." so you think you are more civilized that other peoples? I want to ask you this question? What makes you more civlized? The fact that you don't strap yourselves with explosives? Well the Rawandans don't? The Chinese don't? Even the Russians don't? And the Germans didn't! So, does it mean that these nations are also more civilized than Tamil tigers or the Kashmiris, for examples? But, you, at least some of you, do commit crimes that have the same results as those of suicide bomb attacks. Or do you think that murdering children by dropping one-ton bombs on their homes while sleeping in the quiet hours before dawn is "civilized" while killing Israeli civilians aboard a bus or in a restaurant is less civilized? You murderd 1150 Palestinian children and minors by non-suicide bombings...and Palestinian guerillas and suicide bombers killed 100-110 Israeli children and minors? This should make you at least ten times less civilized and ten times more criminal than the Palestinians. In fact, the ultimate test of civility is one's perception of those who are different. You, who claim to be an orthodox Jew, view the life of non-Jews as having no sanctity. I have read numerous edicts to that effect, some of which were published by this newspaper. You consider them animals or virtual animals? Didn't Zbulon Hammar say "a thousand Arab lives are not worth a Jew's fingernail?...And when did he say that? he said it hours after Baruch Goldstein massacred 29 innocent Arab worshipers at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron on 15 February, 1994. And I want to Ask: How many Orthdox Jews on this forum have condemned the killing of Palestinian kids and minors, or the wanton demolition of Palestinian homes? How many religious Jews have even alluded to Palestinian suffering on this forum? None, of course. I repeatedly condemned Palestinian attacks on innocent Israeli people, on this forum and elsewhere. I did it because it is wrong and immoral, not because I wanted to score propaganda points.. I expect you if you are truly civilized to condemn the crimes of the settlers and the Israeli forces against innocent Palestinians..not make execuses and extenuating circumstances. Khalid
