Sheik Jarrah is an example where Israelis are claiming Right of Return to where they were expelled from or fled. Apparently Israeli courts have upheld the right of return because those settlers dispossess Palestinians. If you don't want one, the other becomes problematic. Israelis are all over the West bank, including in Hebron under the same RoR principle. Therein lies the problem. Sauce for the Goose. Israel signed a treaty, Geneva IV, and then ratified it. It rejects the right of conquest. The PA has offered nonetheless to recognize a limited Right of Conquest for those lands conquered in 1948.
