when one plans to murder, he doesnt advertise. so why punish the people who knew nothing about it and did nothing because they knew nothing. if the whole comunity knew about it, im sure the suspects would have been caught the next day, all the IDF would have to do, is find someone who would speak for money. also, this is an old fashioned tit for tat incident, and as long as blood is being shed, there are always volunteers who are willing to avenge by shedding more blood. its a vicious cycle. and because of those macho avengers, babies die, on all sides. 20 years from now when a "price tag" victom's son or grandson, kills a settler in retaliation, the settler's son will kill a palestinian... see where this is going?
