Presumably Norway cut off aid to the Palestinians for the same reasons the US and EU did - to pressure the PA gvt. to abide by the three conditions: recognition, renunciation of violence and accepting past agreements. The present "unity" government has not satisfied these demands so why are they resuming aid? Did Norway`s policies on this matter all of a sudden change? Or did they take such steps out of humanitarian concerns? Or any other reasons? Norway is contradicting its own position on this issue by resuming aid without the required demands being met. Such action simply encourages more terrorism and instability because the Norwegians are showing Hamas they can have it both ways - thumbing their noses at western demands while at the same time enjoying Norway`s handouts. I wonder how Norway will feel once widespread terrorism resumes with such terrorism funded by Norway. Shame on you Norway.
