Im not sure about whether those attending the march of shame (Rally of abomination) celebrated the festival of Shavuot, but for those of us, who commemorated the giving of the holy Torah to the unique Jewish people, this shameful rally is a slap in the face to G-d and His people. We were not given the Torah to be like the nations of the world, many of whom accept with equality and open arms, those sexual deviants or "abomination on two" . For whatever reason they find themselves caught as lesbians or homosexuals (genes, learnt, social....etc), its no reason to flaunt the abberation and expect to be welcomed into society. They have problems like many others in society with behavioural or social problems. But parading and demanding equailty-recognition, shames us as a people. Im embarrassed as a Jew when such rallies take place in the holy land.(Even if its "only" TelAviv) Such actions defile this land. We arent meant be superior than other nations, but we are meant to be spiritually unique with our own set of morals and ethics given by G-d. We must stop glorifying these people, who simply need help and need to fight their inclination in whatever way possible. But dont expect me-us to accept you as a legitimate alternative.
