1) It is demonstrably false to say that Judaism is "thriving" in North America. With the sole exception of the Orthodox, Jews are intermarrying and assimilating into oblivion. It is arguable that a major cause of this is the failure of non-Orthodoxy to keep Jews from leaving the fold. 2) It is debatable whether or not a woman wearing a tallit is consistent with halacha. For you to say that it halachally acceptable without mentioning the existence of an opposing view damages your credibility. 3) For you to say that the problem lies with the "more observant" and use the Talmud as the source for your attack is both lashon hara against frum Jews and shows your complete ignorance of Gemara. Do you really want to quote the Talmud? The Talmud, as it has been interpreted for centuries, can be used to show how Reform Judaism is not a valid form of Judaism. I don't understand your use of such a source. You complain about the sidelining of women and non-Orthodox Jews yet you advocate sidling Orthodox Jews. Just how tolerant and progressive are you actually?
