Thank you Haaretz, for finally getting it right in your front-page photo caption. The "settlers" and their towns are part of Israel. Not part of the PA. They are not on the table as bargaining chips. If the PA state should want crossings into Israel, jobs in Israel, access to Israeli ports, overflight rights, and a land passage between Gaza and the W. Bank, they had better think up something substantive to trade for this, or they'll get none of it. After, of course, they have paid reparations to Israelis for rocket attacks, sniper shootings and suicide bombings, and reimbursed Israel for the cost of constructing the security barrier made necassary by palestinian war crimes launched into Israel as their response to Oslo.
