Each caravan that has been placed somewhere against the Freeze (and thus being unlawful) is watched with a magnifying glass. However, massive illegal construction in major bedouin areas in the south (Rahat, for example) is not looked at at all. Not that I claim that these settlers actions should be tolerated, but in these bedouin areas the police even does not dare to say a word at all. Maybe you should focus on this legal problem equally with the same weight and thus with the same amount of words.
