Ram Cohen, the principal of Tel Aviv's Ironi Aleph high school, wrote that young men from the settlements "view the army as a tool to maintain Israel's control over the occupied territories." I don't understand -- isn't that what the army is all about? And if someone does not consider that a particularly reasonable objective, why should they serve in such an army?
