i guess its hard to argue they were terrorists because they attacked security-type personnel (for the record, the ppl attacked were not army or police). That being said, in most countries in the world, ppl who attack others using guns, molotov cocktails or rocks, go to jail. Why should these not be arrested? You could argue whether they should be called "terrorists" - it doesn't change the fact its Israel's DUTY to put these ppl in jail, no? You'd think that ppl who always wave the flag of international law and the such would be have the minimum understanding that according to most legal systems, firing guns, molotov cocktail and rocks at people, cars is a crime.
