We voted for America's president, not Israel's leader. We are here in the US, not living in Israel. Of course we should care more about job rates and healthcare because these things affect us day to day. If I am unemployed and struggling, issues in Israel wouldn't be my top priority since I'm HERE. This is an extremely selfish thought coming from Israel these days. I'm sick of being judged voting for Obama as an American Jew. As far as I'm concerned, Romney's would-be appeasement to Netanyahu's hawkish policies would be worse for Israel's long term survival than Obama's moderate policies that might allow Israel to finally be a respected member of world and push them into peace talks--in that sense, Obama is probably more pro-Israel than Romney.
