If i read the item carefully, it says that neither side is willing to compromise. It's a power struggle, or a money struggle, or child custody stuggle between a man and a woman that both insist they are "right'. Both want justice when, in fact it's a little be you and a little bit me. The rabbis, so it seems want the divorce to come off amicably, if possible. So . . . instead of two lawyers makin' a lot of money off of two people that are hot to trot for "their rights" these two people will learn to accept each other albeitt they were once married. Given the two choices, it is wiser that two human beings learn to live with their differences than to lawyers gettin' rich fueling the ambitions of an an estranged man and his wife.
