The UN by it's charter can not be fair institution. The five leading security council members are leaders because they were the victors of WWII. This means that their charter is because of their military power and nothing more. This charter allows these nations too much power and the UN itself is an assortment of dictatorships and despots. Dictator led nations should not be allowed into the UN. The UN is useless. Russia and China are not interested in peace in Syria and care nothing about the lives of humans. The US too has it's own interests and the various world powers are more interested in jockeying for power and influence than they are in saving lives. This is the ugly truth. The battle to become a world superpower rages on and meanwhile innocent people die worldwide. Moon has proven to be a ineffective leader of the UN and his protests are meaningless.
