Would it not be a good thought to invite Ayatollah Khamenei, as well as the leader of Hizbollah and the leader of Hamas, to visit some Zionist Orthodox Rabbis in Israel, who could take them to the Holocaust Museum, (which President Bush visited recently). Also, there is an Holocaust exhibition which can tour and this could be taken to Iran, the Palestinians,& Syria. Since the Holocaust perhaps it is difficult, if not impossible to have optimism about contemporary seemingly intractable political situations, yet one can still be hopeful that diplomacy will succeed and reconciliation achievable. Muslims fervently believe in God and their religion and may fear their way of life could be overwhelmed by an hegemony of secularism, and the cruel atrocities and persecution suffered at the hands of Christian ex-Communists in the Balkans, for example, like that of the Holocaust, will not be forgotten.
