    Take no notice of Tosefta. If he has nothing else to say he weighs in with insults. He apparently thinks it adds to his charm or to the impression of intellectual gravitas or wards off further challenges to his 'authority'. This message would ordinarily have earned a comment on my shallowness (if he'd remembered that this was his diagnosis of my state for this week) but now it will be ignored or earn a paternal reproof. One of his airheaded sidekicks might yet allocate me some arbitrary rank in a ridiculous listing that reminds one of those mechanical 1970s sci-fi movies with the glossy hair piled up in towers and overmade up eyes featuring 'futuristic' machinery and talking computers.
