This is yesterday's news and not necessarily unique to the region.Bribes and "stimulents" are used everywhere there's transactions involved, but asking one so openly and straight out, is somehow not appropriate unless in this case we're dealing with israeli border officials which arent exactly monuments of integrity. However, its not to blame the ones which are asking, but those who fall and give. They might as well have set up a police stalk and catch them with the goose in the bag.
