I'm rooting him on. The current Israeli administration is suspicious of Fayyad's two year plan, but it is very much in the best interest of Israel to have him succeed. Abbas and Erekat can seclude themselves in Gaza, but hopefully this development plan will bring some stability to the 'bank'. The Palestinians will not allow anyone other than their own kind to implement such action so it is all on Salaam for now.
