All these countries can make good planes. When they need is superior software, and Israel can provide: a joint production, with specific Israeli software might be feasible, so long as nothing critical leaked. There might even be a margin in this, since countries would be happy to pay for Israeli engineered avionics. With a new platform some could be engineered as air combat drones, indistinguishable from the others except in having superhuman (intolerable for humans) manoeuvrability.
