    The law is the law. A man is innocent until proven guilty. One cannot lay charges without knowing all the facts. In this case, it seems that we don't have a full picture of the situation. It would be wrong to bow down to pressure just to please people. The justice system did only what it could do and no more. This decision has nothing to do with race, religion, palestinians, jews, etc.... not as I see it. My personal observance is that the Palestinian is generally ruled by violence and the Israeli by peace. Proof, we gave Gaza plus other settlements. They responded by excessive celebration, riots and a total lack of law observance. At the very least, a thank you note would have been nice!!!!!! Instead of starting to build right way, they destroyed buildings etc.. that could have served them well. I guess they don't know any better. They say we descend from the ape but they are the ones who act like apes, arms in the air, screaming and yelling showing their teeths (sorry, their weapons) jumping up and down all over the place and accomplishing absolutely nothing. If the reverse had occurred i.e. the Israeli given the Gaza by the Palestinians, you can bet that we would have had the place up and running ready to do business. That is the difference between the two. We are constructive and they are not. What a pity.
