True, who needs another terrorist state? But Jordan, whose population is at least 60% Palestinian, is not "another terrorist state". Of course it is not - it has even made its peace with us. And the reason is simple: Jordan is not an occupied territory but an independent state, whose land and borders are disputed by no foreign army protecting there foreign settlements. Giuliani is just too busy courting the rightist Jewish constituency to bother about facts.
