    Israel, wrestles with its problems, as a nation like all others, but freer and more democratic for all its citizens than most. Try being Jewish in Egypt, or gay in Iran, or a woman in Saudi. The comparison of Israel with South Africa or Nazi Germany is wrong, malicious and racially motivated. As for the rabbis, maybe they are wrong, but is the Muslim ban on women marrying out (penalty being death) racist, sectarian or just plain homicidal?
