    It needs to be said, after watching Ahmadinejad lecture everyone like a raving lunatic. Rouhani seems to understand something about diplomacy. The tone and the rhetoric is changing. That's a good thing... but here's a conundrum. There are reports, Tehran is building a Plutonium plant near Arak. The Ayatollah plan to activate the facility in 2014. For those in the know, Plutonium was the preferred method where India and Pakistan acquired their nuclear war-heads. If Rouhani can at least approach this sensitive subject with transparency. Washington should be able to deal with Tehran.
