Ronnie, Yes, '"Israel has the goods"' they are in the driver's seat. The lack of an obvious Moderate and Israel-friendly political entity has I believe really happened (indirectly or directly not important) due to Israeli policy.. Having had the infrastructure of the P.A. destroyed, the Palestinians HAVE become their own worst enemies. They have no visible pattern to their daily lives. They have all but lost HOPE. The Palestinian/Arab birthrate will always outstrip the Jewish as they don't have the benefit of education. They are third world citizens. Now, if at least the women had access to education, the women would be more likely to have a career of sorts and be content with a nuclear family consisting of a manageable one or two children instead of raising 'a team of little Rambos'.
