Iran wants a nuke they have invested billions on their nuclear program. Before now their president was Amadinijad who loved to put on the image of a firebrand so everybody was happy to slap sanctions on him then comes Rohani a real smooth talker and after just 1 month in office the west have fallen for his charms and are on the verge of lifting the sanctions that are crippling the Iranian economy. Even of Rohani personally had no desire for a nuke its not his decision to make because in Iran the ayatollahs make policy and the president is like to the diplomat who does as he is told by the ayatollahs. Bibi has been sidelines its true because the world doesn't want to hear the truth when Rohani is telling them all the things they like ti hear, they are buying their heads in the sand.
