    Yaakov, we are dealing with different offenses, and each one is derived from a different pasuk. Robbery (G'zela) is indeed prohibited from a goy. This offense is taking something while the owner is aware at the moment of taking. Theft (G'neva; when the owner does not notice at the time) is also prohibited from a goy, except that the Talmud has a discussion on taking while the goy commits an error, or you cause him to commit an error. (The Talmud bring stories on how certain rabbis took advantage and what it shows). I brought the relevant law yesterday, wher you see that Rama comments permit taking advantage in some way. I also brought the law on defrauding (Hona'ah), paying little for something worth much more, which is permitted towards a goy. Which category does the acquisition of land fall into?
